SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping: $6.90 for orders under $50.

Free Shipping: Available for orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within three calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If tracking shows that your package is lost or has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
