REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the personal-care and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for opened, used, or unwanted products.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within three calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the information, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Please keep the product and its original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or shipped.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect or the problem was caused by Mujer Bonita.
